Insomnia can significantly impact sufferers’ quality of life and overall well-being causing fatigue, lack of motivation, irritability, weight gain, reduced immunity and difficulties coping with stress. We work together to help you understand the root causes of your sleep issues, addressing the underlying anxiety, teach you relaxation techniques, and support healthy sleep habits. You will be given a free MP3 recording to listen to each night before sleep to support the work we do together.
